TRAININGS
	MMS consultants can also provide Mentor/Mentee trainings. Our staff will use your own newly constructed Mentor/Mentee Training Manual while working with the Program Coordinator to develop fun, interactive workshops for program participants. The initial or Basic Mentor/Mentee Training normally takes three to four hours, and the following elements are included: Warmers and Interactive Exercises Mentoring Concepts and Practices Program Polices and Procedures Communication Skills (with group discussions and exercises) Utilizing the Mentee Developmental Plan Developing the Relationship
