 In this cost effective
method of program development, Jerry Sherk will assist your organization to design your
program via brief phone conferences as well as e-mail contacts.This straight forward process is accomplished by using the "mentor manual template process." Approximately 80% of this manual is generic--information that can be used for any mentoring program. Jerry will work with you to make decisions on the 20% of information that is specific to your program. Examples: mission, population served, intended outcomes, confidentiality and other program rules. When finished, the mentor training manual will serve as the central document for your program, and you can then develop other program materials by using it as a guide. |
